Jack Greene resides in Smithfield, Utah, USA, and is a passionate science educator, naturalist, and committed social and environmental activist. He also serves as the Outdoor Program Leader at Utah State University and is closely involved with the USU-affiliated International Friends Program. Jack is the President of the TRESO-US Board and the Project Coordinator for Tanganyika Secondary School in the United States. Since the school's inception, he has played a vital role in its growth and development providing ongoing support through funding, strategic guidance, and the creation of life-changing opportunities for students. François is the Vice President of the TRESO-US Board, and his contributions to supporting Tanganyika secondary School have been invaluable. In addition, he is the founder and CEO of Cyber Pros Training, a cybersecurity training platform designed to provide high-quality cybersecurity education on a global scale. François holds a Bachelor's degree in Network Management from Virginia College and a Master’s degree in Cybersecurity & Information Assurance from Western Governors University. He is currently pursuing his PhD at Dakota State University. Over the years, François has earned numerous cybersecurity certifications, including CISSP, CASP+, CISA, CISM, and others. Passionate about shaping the next generation of cybersecurity professionals, François is dedicated to ensuring that security serves as a business enabler. Dr. Happyness Msilikale, a dedicated lecturer in the College of Humanities at the University of Dar es Salaam, shared her commitment to empowering rural girls. With a PhD in Literature (UDSM), a Master of Arts in Literature (UDSM), and a Bachelor of Arts in Education (UDSM), she brings extensive experience as both an educator and researcher. Songoro Kashushu Rashidi is a board member of Tanganyika Secondary School, bringing with him extensive leadership experience across village, ward, and political levels. Mwanaidy Ally Mwacha is an Education Officer at the President’s Office for Regional Administration and Local Government. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Education from the University of Dar es Salaam and has eight years of experience in teaching and educational leadership. Mwanaidy has coordinated programs for the Tanzanian English Language Teachers' Association in Kigoma and led a U.S. Department of State-sponsored Access Micro Scholarship class. Awarded a scholarship to study in the U.S., she focused on service learning and attended the TESOL Convention. Dr. Madaga Fadhili is the Director and School Manager of Tanganyika Secondary School. With over 20 years of experience in secondary education, Dr. Madaga has served as a teacher, curriculum developer, and administrator. Lucas Lameck Suku is the Deputy Director and Co-founder of Tanganyika Secondary School. Since 2009, Lucas has led Project Wezesha and Girls Education International, initiatives dedicated to expanding educational access in rural communities, with a strong focus on supporting girls. Mr. Albert Bibagila Ntibansiga is a board member of Tanganyika Secondary School and Executive Director of Family Mission for Women and Children Welfare in Tanzania. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and has broad experience in social work across government and non-government sectors. A former Social Welfare Officer, he supported vulnerable groups and promoted human rights. At HelpAge International, he provided care for individuals with special needs.
